Welcome to SpinX, a service provided by ePlugin. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our SpinX application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

SpinX provides interactive marketing features, including gamified promotions and email delivery, for Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.

2. Account & Usage Requirements

SpinX may send transactional emails (e.g. prize result notifications) to customers who interact with your campaigns.

To maintain the quality and integrity of the service:

• - We may limit or suspend email-related features if your campaigns generate high bounce rates or signals of abuse, even unintentionally.
• - You must not knowingly use SpinX to collect or trigger emails to invalid, fake, or unauthorized addresses.

4. Fees & Payment

Some features are free to use, while others incur charges based on your selected plan and monthly usage. You are responsible for monitoring your usage and reviewing our pricing policy.

We reserve the right to update our pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Data Policy & Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our:
